Since it is a new year, many people want to try to eat healthier. A lot of people will be looking to Keto as a way to jump start their weight loss or to just eat better. So, I have put together a week’s worth of Keto meal ideas. I do want to state that I am not going to try to convince you to go Keto. I just want to share some great meal ideas I found that are Keto. This is not a meal plan or encouraging any dietary plan. These are just some healthier suggestions you can take.


Just an FYI:

Just so you know, I am not Keto. I LOVE carbs. Carbs are my best friend! I have low blood sugar so if I do not eat enough carbs, I will feel very sick and get tight headed. So with these Keto meals, I most likely had a healthy carb as a side.

Meal Plan for the week

When I went out searching for Keto recipes, I wanted to find some that are easy. I mean we all are busy so an easy dinner is what we all need!

Monday: Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps

Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps

You may have read in my Eating Healthy at a Restaurant post that I love lettuce wrapped burgers when out to eat. Well, why have I not made these at home?? So easy and so good! Such a great Keto meal idea! My kids loved it. Jacob loved it. I loved it. Cheeseburgers are always a hit in our house. And the only one who likes hamburger buns is Jackson but he did not miss them! DEFINITELY recommend. I will be making every time I want to go out for burgers! So much cheaper and would take the same amount of time.

Easy Taco Casserole

You know I love tacos but seriously, why have I never tried a Taco casserole?? This is so easy and only 5 ingredients! Yes, please! I browned the ground turkey in a skillet before adding the taco seasoning. Then I put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400. It turned out so well. It was so good! The kids loved it (they love tacos, if you haven’t guessed, I always make some sort of tacos for them…), Jacob loved it, and I loved it! DEFINITELY will be making this again and again and again!

Korean Beef Bowl

I just want to say, this recipe is not traditionally a “Keto” meal but all I had to do to make this Keto friendly was change the sugar. Instead of using brown sugar like the recipe calls, I used Swerve (Erthitrol). It tasted the same! I think it might have been a bit sweeter than with brown sugar.. Weird I know. I love how EASY this recipe is. I have made it several times and each time, it is a HIT!

Bruschetta Chicken

This is definitely an easy dish to put together! Not too many ingredients, easy to put together, and then bake it all together. I did add onions because I had some extra.  I love anything that you can basically throw together in a dish and bake! And this came together so well and tasted AMAZING! Everyone loved it! Definitely a must make again dish! I may have to prep it and stick it in the fridge and then Jacob can throw it in the oven on nights when I have to coach cheer practice!

Easy Chicken Fajita Bake

Chicken Fajitas are one of my favorite Mexican dishes to make AND eat! And this one is so easy! Just chop up onions and peppers, trim the chicken, place the chicken in a dish, top with taco seasoning, top that with onions and peppers, olive oil, and cheese and let bake! SUPER EASY! YUM! If you want some chicken fajitas, definitely make this recipe! Easy and delicious!

Almost No Carb Pizza

I LOVE PIZZA! Sorry for yelling. But I really do LOVE pizza. This recipe is a great super low carb way to eat pizza! This turned out pretty well. It looked like a pizza, it tasted like a pizza, it was a pizza! I had some leftover Balsamic Chicken from the other day so I added that as a topping and it was good! The crust was not as crisp as I like it but it was good!

Sausage and Butternut Squash Frittata

After making my Healthy Dinner Ideas on a Budget, I knew I needed to make ANOTHER egg dish! THIS ONE IS SO GOOD! So easy to make. I did cook it a bit differently because I do not have a pan that I can use on the stove and stick in the oven. So I baked it at 350 for 27 minutes and it turned out very well! Also, I used precooked chicken sausage with spinach in it. YUM!
